These machines can handle applications including, but not limited to, mechanical bead locking and forming specific tube ends up to 3" diameter. We have six series of machines in our End Forming line and eighteen models to choose from. With competitive pricing each series is unique.
The 2100 Series of standard End Finishing machines are available in all electric and pneumatic or hydraulic units. Our patented End Finishers are capable of rolling or cutting the most complex configurations on tube ends.
Dual process machines combine the benefits of ram type End Forming and Rotary End Finishing into a single high production machine system. Tube End fabrications that once required three machines and three operators, can now be done in one integrated machine system, by a single operator SAVING, floor space, time and labor costs.
